Estimate the Trading Points a hypothetical trade would earn, taking the daily / weekly caps into account. Read-only.

tp_estimate = trade_amount / 1000 × role_rate; tp_effective is clipped by the remaining daily and weekly caps. hp_estimate is a placeholder (0).
